Job Details : Call Center Customer Service, inbound calls (no telesales)
Requires HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of years of customer service experience
Call center experience is preferred
Healthcare industry experience is preferred

Seeking service oriented individuals
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, phone based position which requires excellent verbal communication;
use of proper grammar; professional language / word choice vs casual language / slang; ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone.
Strong problem solving skills.
Call Center Customer Service experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace enviroment
Ability to navigate through multiple systems
