Assist & administrate the Office of the Bishop & keep direct upline briefed on significant issues.

Responsible for the Harvest Leadership Network management & expansion.
Responsible for the excellence & efficiency of campus operations including but not limited to coaching & leading staff, human resources, vendor & account management & other personnel issues.
Responsible for excellent & efficient campus communications, campus ministries, campus worship experiences, and planning campus master calendar events.
Responsible for campus HarvestU management & expansion, Dream Team management & expansion, the Apprenticeship management & expansion.
Email and Communication Filtering : Regularly check and prioritize incoming communications to ensure Upline addresses only the most critical items.
Calendar Management : Maintain a clear and organized calendar, including professional and personal commitments. Protect Upline’s time : Filter all inbound requests to keep an eye out for those people / places / things that are important and help prioritize them.
Event Planning : Organize and oversee corporate events, ensuring they align with business goals and the Upline’s availability.
Time Management : Continuously look for ways to make Upline’s schedule more efficient.
Design the Play : Be preemptive. Come prepared and aware of all the moving pieces and how to address them ahead of time.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
