New York Plastic Surgical Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist / Patient Relations Representative for our Deep Blue Med Spa!

Must have a flexible schedule to work Saturdays and evening shifts.

Prior experience in the skincare industry or spa reception experience is a plus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Must be knowledgeable and understand all DBMS treatments & procedures.

Communicates with guests by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, sophistication, and confidence.

Perform Deep Blue Med Spa Open / Close office duties.

Answer telephone calls courteously and efficiently and make various types of appointments for all DBMS locations.

Maintain knowledge regarding the payment process (creating bills, packages, gift cards, applying payments etc.).

Adhere to all departmental processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

Undergraduate degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Strong computer / technical skills, including knowledge of practice management software (NexTech, a plus) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation : $19.00-$21.00
