Your new role :

As our new Control Technician, you'll be at the forefront of installing and servicing sophisticated building control systems, including HVAC controls, access control, and video security.

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in HVAC or related fields and love working with your hands and your head.

• Completion of an HVAC technical program or apprenticeship
• Relevant certification such as EPA 608 certification
• Experience with access control and video security
• Computer skills and IT networking knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
