Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
