- Lead by example, demonstrating strong sales techniques and strategies
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure sales excellence
Requirements
Qualifications :
- We're looking for trailblazers with a minimum of 2+ years in a Sales Trainer / Coaching capacity (4+ years preferred)
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
