Work Arrangement : Hybrid position, with 7590% travel required.

Travel : Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel, depending on project needs.

Locations : We are recruiting for multiple positions  across several states. Candidates located in Denver, CO, Minneapolis, MN, Orlando, FL are strongly encouraged to apply.

Role and Responsibilities

The Oral Surgery Clinical Specialist is responsible for enhancing all clinical areas, conducting regular clinical audits, and supporting the improvement and efficiency of acquisitions, new practices, and existing facilities.

  • Continuously strive to enhance the patient experience and align with the company vision by conducting site visits, leading meetings, facilitating training sessions, and managing projects.
  • Recognize opportunities to improve patient and referral satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with surgeon(s) and clinical team to integrate EHR processes and software.
  • Address and resolve conversion issues during the transition from preliminary software integration to CareStack.
  • Develop organizational training programs for team members to mentor and develop their skills, knowledge base, and patient communication skills.
  • Assess, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of training program objectives.
  • Ensure compliance measures are maintained, and best practices are implemented through continuous training and development.
  • Support Paradigm Leadership with acquisitions and De Novos by enhancing the capabilities of clinical team members to ensure they perform at their best after integration.
  • Establish goals and objectives, and monitor performance using tracking mechanisms.
  • Manage operational expenses and workforce headcount plans while staying within budget.
  • Assist in implementing procurement systems to educate team members on ordering and reconciling administrative and clinical supplies.
  • Execute, adjust, and oversee full arch and digital workflow initiatives.
  • Travel to Paradigm practices up to 75% of the time.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as needed.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree in related field preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Two years of clinical experience required.
  • Surgical or dental experience preferred.

  • Capable of collaborating effectively as part of a comprehensive team.
  • Proficient in successfully implementing new software and applications for acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of all clinical job functions.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
