With our strong brand reputation, selling Cookies THCA products is an exciting and rewarding opportunity.
We are looking for motivated and experienced Field Sales Managers to manage sales in different locations across Florida. You will be responsible for visiting smoke shops and dispensaries, promoting our products, and driving sales in your designated area.
This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Promotion :
- Visit smoke shops and dispensaries in your area to promote and sell Cookies THCA products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information to potential customers.
- Lead Management :
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Performance and Targets :
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $17 per hour.
- Bonuses and Incentives : Generous bonus structure based on sales performance.
- Commission : Earn commissions on every reorder from customers for 6 months after the initial sale, provided you continue to manage the lead.
- Tiered Commissions : Additional tiered commissions to incentivize high performance and drive sales growth.
