Are you passionate about aviation, education, and mentoring students toward success? Our client is looking for a Support CRM instructor.
The ideal candidate should be a line-qualified pilot with CRJ700. Responsibilities include assisting with CRM instruction and early-stage simulator training.
Responsibilities :
- Provide early-stage flight and ground instruction.
- Adhere to 14 CFR Part 121 standards and procedures.
- Teach aviation courses / programs.
- Serve on committees.
- Promote collegiality, customer service, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Work on special projects.
Qualifications :
- Required : Master’s degree in an aviation-related field or 5-10 years industry experience, 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred : Commercial / Instrument, Multi-engine Rating, Airline Transport Pilot License, Part 121 instruction / flight experience, collegiate aviation instruction, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
