Job Summary and Qualifications

As an OR Service Line Lead RN :

• You will provide for the daily operations and maintenance of multiple service lines in a 6 suite OR.
• You will be essential in coordinating services as part of an interdisciplinary team of caregivers.
• You will collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient’s plan-of-care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Your operational responsibilities include the coordination of staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and capital budgets.
• You will be required to take call as needed by the department and completes other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred. Previous experience with specialty service line coordination and development preferred.
