This role requires a passion for organization and will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of world-class gaming experiences, ensuring they are delivered on time and in full.

This role serves a cross-functional team of designers, developers, artists, and mathematicians, to ensure timely delivery of each game in fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning and Execution : Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones from concept to final release to ensure that game development projects are completed on time and in full.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination : Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including designers, developers, artists, and mathematicians, ensuring flawless project execution from concept to release.
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies : Execute and facilitate Agile workflows, including managing sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, scrum board administration, and retrospectives to keep projects on track and process improvement continuous.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation : Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, remove impediments, and ensure timely resolution to avoid delays or issues.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Act as the main point of communication for project status updates, ensuring alignment with senior management and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field and / or specialized certification (PMP, CSM, etc..) is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience in a technical industry, with a strong preference for game development experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary team members at all levels.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members in agile and scrum principles, continuous improvement, and team issue resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with individuals from a variety of disciplines.
  • The ability to work both independently and with a dynamic team.
  • Proven experience implementing Agile and Scrum workflows, including the use of Microsoft Azure Dev Ops or similar workflow tracking software.
  • Basic understanding of the game development process, including design, programming, art, and QA.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of a project are thoroughly considered and addressed.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to coordinate with teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications :

Formal training in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is highly desirable.
