Senior Accountant ($90,000 - $100,000)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for our client in the environmental space in Dallas, TX . This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and will be supporting the accounting function within a rapidly growing company, focusing on fixed asset and lease accounting transactions, general ledger accounting, and ensuring tax compliance.

Responsibilities :
Review journal entries, accruals, and related reconciliations of ledger accounts.
Maintain records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
Provide variance explanations and research transactions.
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Research complex accounting issues and interpret guidance.
Assist in various tax and business filings.
Manage fixed asset and lease accounting.
Prepare intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Support the annual audit with external auditors.
Participate in special projects, including system implementations.
Client Requirements :
CPA or passed parts of the CPA
Public accounting experience required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
