Shift End Time : 7 : 00 AM
Shifts per Week : 3
Scheduled Hours : 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Transitional Care Unit at our Temple, TX location. In this exciting, fast-paced 10-bed unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients, utilizing your diverse skills to monitor, diagnose, and treat patients within a 36-hour window.
The Transitional Care Unit offers a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with a range of medical conditions.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
Continuously monitor and modify patient care plans based on their progress and response to treatment.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
Uphold safety protocols and promote evidence-based care for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current and valid RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
