Warehouse Production / Dock Associates

SIMOS is seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Production / Dock Associates to join our team supporting Toyota in Blue Ash, Ohio! Warehouse sorters will be continuously lifting up to 70 pounds while sorting automotive parts in the docking area. We encourage a diverse and inclusive environment. Apply today!

Must have 1 year of Warehouse experience to be considered.

Pay : $23.75 / hr. Associates are eligible for pay raises after 6 months (per eligibility requirements).

Schedule : 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3 : 59 PM-12 : 30 AM (with overtime available, up to 4 : 00AM)

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Must meet 4 of 5 criteria within first 30 days - Safety, Quality, Performance, Attendance, and Engagement (Team Partnership)
  • Sorting car parts with RF scanner, placing parts in correct cage, bumper box, and skids
  • Lifting up to 70 pounds
  • Standing 8-10 hours
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Steel toes required
  • Ability to see / hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular / pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
