Payroll Specialist

Payroll Specialist with at least 2 years of payroll processing experience to manage payroll functions across multiple states for both union and non-union employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience processing weekly payroll for field personnel, including multi-state compliance (FL, MI, NB, IA) and a strong understanding of union agreements.

Familiarity with Spectrum software and ADP is preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, addon’s, deductions and overtime
• Manage multi-state payroll for employees in Florida, Michigan, Nebraska, and Iowa, ensuring compliance with varying state tax laws and regulations.
• Work with ADP (or other payroll systems) to maintain accurate payroll records, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
