You Have :

  • 10+ years of experience with conducting internal investigations in a law firm, corporate, or federal government environment
  • Ability to be highly responsive and organized
  • Ability to manage, handle, and balance a high volume of matters and assignments
  • Ability to identify risk areas proactively and participate in developing training and policy or process enhancements
  • Ability to translate technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal compliance and investigative professionals
  • Ability to serve as a business partner to develop comprehensive solutions to challenging problems
  • Ability to be a member in good standing with a state bar, including the District of Columbia
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • JD degree

Nice If You Have :

  • Experience with government contracting, including in a professional services firm
  • Experience with conducting investigations and providing compliance advice to businesses on procurement integrity, False Claims Act, or competition issues
  • Experience with handling sensitive, confidential, and classified matters
  • Experience with managing paralegals and overseeing trained investigators
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide integrated and durable solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage the workload and simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines in a changing, fast-paced environment

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
