Pay Information

$300 to $315 per hour

About The Position

📅 Position Type : Locum Tenens

🏥 Setting : Hospital – Level II Trauma Center

🕐 Shift Length : 10–12 hours, varied

💻 EMR : EPIC

🔍 Position Highlights :

Join a high-acuity emergency department in a Level II Trauma Center with no midlevel support. You’ll handle full-scope ED responsibilities with access to robust resources and a stable care environment.

⚕️ Patient Volume : ~1.4 patients per hour

🧠 High-acuity cases — procedures required (see below)

🏥 No APP coverage – physician-only model

✈️ Travel, lodging, and car rental covered for non-local providers (per CommonSpirit guidelines)

✅ Required Skills & Procedures :

Intubation

Chest tubes

Central lines

Procedural sedation

OB / GYN procedures & deliveries

Adult & pediatric resuscitation

📋  Requirements :

🔒 ABEM Board Certification – Required

🩺 PALS, ACLS, ATLS – Required

🪪 Active North Dakota Medical License – Required

💊 DEA License – Required
