We're seeking an entry-level Communications Assistant for an immediate opening to support our growth. As a Communications Assistant, you'll lead communication initiatives for a fast-growing firm offering marketing, advertising, and consulting services to national corporations.
Responsibilities :
- Support communication initiatives and collaborate with various teams.
- Assist in organizing events and contribute as a spokesperson for the company.
- Aid in nurturing customer relationships and communicating promotional services.
- Contribute to crafting PR strategies and campaigns under guidance.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with diverse groups : consumers, communities, employees, and public interest entities.
- Provide support in coaching client representatives on effective communication methods.
- Participate in analyzing organizational objectives for PR strategy development.
- Contribute to upholding the organization's image and identity.
Requirements :
- Desire to learn and grow in a communications role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
