Technologically adept, with familiarity with software including Cogent or similar systems a plus. Ability to handle a high caseload effectively Strong critical thinking and strategic skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with a team of attorneys and staff to develop strategies for a case Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and work in a rapidly changing environment. Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing a large and growing legal staff in the creditor's right and related areas of law.
- Applying a strong understanding of applicable legal policies as well as federal and state regulatory issues.
- Communicating with clients regarding current legal and regulatory issues and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and adherence to court procedures and processes.
- Working on special projects as required by the firm and clients.

Work Schedule
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday. Saturdays are dependent if that last day of the month falls on a weekend or a Saturday.
