Caregiver Nursing Assistant NAC CNA Resident Aide Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic medical tasks or willingness to learn
- Current CPR / First Aid and Food Handlers certifications required
- Enjoy working with seniors and building relationships
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Must meet all DSHS requirements pertaining to state licensure
- Subject to pre-employment screening TB testing and criminal background check
Caregiver Nursing Assistant NAC CNA Resident Aide Essential Functions
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Engage residents in meaningful social interactions
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in resident living areas
- Assist with meal service and community upkeep
- Assists with housekeeping and other duties as assigned
