Requirements :

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Ability to effectively collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Understanding of safety standards and regulations in construction.

Proficiency in digital tools and technology.

Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget completion.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to set parameters.

Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, addressing any issues and ensuring smooth progress.

Monitor project progress, costs, and quality, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections using digital tools to ensure work is executed according to standards and regulations.

Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project stakeholders, utilizing modern communication tools.

Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and reports using digital platforms as required.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, leveraging digital resources.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.

Open to direct instruction and adaptable to changing tasks and assignments.

Willingness to learn new skills and attend technical training.

Willingness to travel, if required.
