- Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal levels of function.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.- Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes and techniques.
- Adapt and modify therapeutic plans based on patient progress and feedback.- Maintain a high standard of professional and ethical practice.
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training sessions as required.This position does not require bilingual capabilities and does not require holiday coverage.
