About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Showbiz Exclusives Journalist with a proven track record of breaking agenda-setting stories. This is a key position within our showbiz news team, ideal for someone with deep industry contacts, a nose for exclusives, and the skills to consistently deliver high-impact journalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, investigate, and write original and exclusive entertainment news stories with national and international relevance.
• Leverage a strong network of industry contacts (PRs, agents, publicists, legal teams, insiders) to secure tips, leads, and scoops.
• Pitch and deliver compelling exclusives that set the news agenda across digital and print platforms.
• Turn around sharp, accurate, and clean copy under tight deadlines.
• Work closely with editors, photographers, and multimedia teams to enhance storytelling across platforms.
• Monitor breaking news, trends, and developments in Hollywood and celebrity culture, identifying opportunities for exclusive angles.
• Represent the brand professionally at events, red carpets, and interviews when necessary.
