Project Manager Proctor Test, Training and Staffing Support (Marietta, GA)
We are seeking a Project Manager for our client, a leading global security and aerospace company. In this role, you will review the test instructions before the scheduled test period and ensure all cell phones are placed in the designated cell phone storage area.
You will support the internal staffing process and support external staffing.
This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (4 days 10-hour shifts weekly). This role is onsite supporting our client'
s Marietta, GA facility.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities :
Proctor tests for the Factory and Field Training organization. Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Maintaining the visibility of students at all times.
- Notifying the training manager immediately.
- Ensuring paper tests are counted before and after the session to confirm all copies are accounted for before students leave the testing area.
- Ensuring all tests and test materials are returned to the testing / promotional organization.
- Assist with materials management and prep for hands-on training execution.
Support Workforce Integration staffing requirements. Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Supporting internal staffing process and supports external staffing.
- Submitting internal employee offer details, employee test scheduling, employee notifications, and union documentation.
- Liaising between various functional teams Labor Relations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Production management.
- Developing reports, presentations, and project management status reports.
- Organizing and maintaining documentation as needed to support staffing requirements
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in project management.
- Intermediate Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Experience with training and skills management.
- Knowledge of HR / Staffing principles.
- Bachelor's Degree.
