Reporting to the Associate Head of School for External Affairs, the Director of Marketing and Communications, is a highly visible and deeply engaged leader.
The Director will be a source of ideas, inspiration, and expertise for key partners across campus and is broadly responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Concord Academy’s communications and marketing efforts.
The Director manages a creative team that anticipates and serves the needs of internal clients, including Admissions, Advancement, Academics and Student Life, the Head of School and the Board of Trustees.
The Director is customer-focused, maintains high standards, and provides creative direction beyond the modes of communications and marketing traditionally employed by independent schools.
As a member of the Leadership Council, the Director will serve as a valued thought partner to colleagues and be intimately involved in the life of the school.
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and the position must be performed on site. Concord Academy offers a generous benefits package, including tuition remission for children after one year of employment.
