Certified Medical Assistant, CMA Pay :
- $32 - $34 / hour
- $48 - $51 / hour overtime
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday
- Benefits available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
Essential Job Functions :
- Monitor clinic flow and perform duties necessary to ensure efficiency of participant care.
- Vital signs, collecting specimens , blood draws, processing lab specimens, assisting with procedures. performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, giving immunization shots.
- Assist Providers and nurses with small, non-invasive tasks such as bandaging wounds, and operating medical machinery.
- Assist Providers and nurses with various tests including spirometry, EKG, ABI, nasal / throat cultures, urine dipstick, and glucose tolerance testing.
- Maintain and update patient records. Accurately document participant and clinical information into electronic health records (EHR).
Timeline and Schedule :
- Now hiring for a September start date
- 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend
- Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts
- 40 hours per week
- Monday Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- No nights! No weekends!
Medical Assistant Requirements :
- National CCMA Certification or WA State License
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- BLS Certification
- 1 year+ of experience required.
