Bridges Healthcare is a telehealth platform that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals and families.
We are expanding our network of licensed providers and looking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within the state of Indiana.
Your role will involve working with diverse populations to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via Telehealth Services.
Duties -
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of all ages
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Utilize coding systems to document services provided
Requirements -
- Must hold a valid LCSW, LMFT, LMHC within the state of Indiana - Required
- Current LCSW licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience
- The ability to apply and receive an Indiana Telehealth Certificate for Out-of-State Practitioners or an initial Telehealth Provider Certification
- Experience working with pediatric and adult populations preferred
- knowledge of special education services and resources
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Ability to provide case management services
- Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess the ability to supervise LCSWA, MSWs needing supervision or BSW interns
