Job Details
- 13-week contract for a CT Tech position
- Night shifts - 10 or 12-hour shifts, must be flexible
- Will be cross-trained into Radiology or MRI
- Equipment that is aging will soon be replaced
- Staff can work autonomously and are supported by experienced manager and staff
Schedule Information
- Shifts are 8s, 10s, 12s
- Block scheduling with team input
- Rotational Weekend Requirements
- Rotational Holiday Requirements
- 1-2 shifts of unit / department specific orientation
Unit Specific Information
- Average number of scans / studies per day : 5-30 patients per day on the day shift, 2-12 patients per day on the night shift
- Department Specific Equipment : CT - Siemens, X-ray Siemens, MRI - Philips (moving to Siemens in 2024), NM - Digirad, Ultrasound - Philips, Bracco power injector
- EMR & / or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System) used : Meditech
