Our ideal candidate is someone who can work well in a small team environment, is an effective communicator with ability to interact directly with ownership and external parties, is an independent thinker and problem solver, proactive, has strong analytical skills, and superior organizational skills.
We’re looking for someone highly proficient in Excel and a quicky study on other software / programs. Key Responsibilities Primary manager of the general ledger for properties and corporate booksPrepare special ad-hoc analysis / projects as requiredAssist in the preparation of monthly management reports, work papers, lender and partner compliance reporting including monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, and variance reportsDaily treasury functions, including monitoring of daily cash activities, posting cash receipts, and cutting checks for properties and corporate officeAnalyze cash positions and prepare projections and distribution schedules as neededAssist in the preparation and maintenance of development project budgetsWork with 3rd parties (management companies, investors, insurance consultant, lenders, vendors, brokers.
etc.) to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.AddressAddress the needs of the Family Office (distributions, communications with family members, etc.
