As General Manager of a Marco's Pizza store, it will be your job to hire smart, manage crew schedules for maximum efficiency, stay on top of all paperwork including inventory and ordering, food costs, the entire Profit and Loss statement, as well as lead the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability.
