Responsibilities :
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Assign and schedule inspection appointments
- Continually check e-mails for incoming customer inquiries
- Enter customer information into the database
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
