Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehousing or production environment in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual; English / Spanish strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop action plans with management team to achieve budget, goals, and targets.
- Administer production schedules to ensure accurate inventory and cost-effective labor.
- Implement programs to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Coordinate department activities to maintain high productivity.
- Identify and initiate quality improvement activities.
- Develop and assist in employee training, including cross-training, and provide consistent feedback.
- Foster an environment conducive to employee participation and team development.
- Ensure readiness for customer visits and audits.
- Maintain productivity, safety, and accuracy standards.
- Resolve operational and maintenance issues to minimize costs and delays.
- Manage staff responsibilities and maintain vendor and customer relationships.
- Maintain equipment and automation for optimal efficiency.
