About the Role

• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all departments including design, purchasing, prefabrication, field, and accounting.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients, general contractors, design teams, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee document control and project correspondence across several active projects simultaneously.
• Lead and mentor project engineer and procurement team members.
• Lead change order management and cost controls to maintain financial alignment on projects.
• Monitor project performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with scope, while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
