Director of Business Analysis

What does a successful Director of Business Analysis do at Fiserv?

As a successful Director of Business Analysis, you will oversee a team of 50 product consultants, providing strategic leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

You will work closely with financial institution partners to drive credit processing P&L and enhance client satisfaction.

What you will do :

• Lead and manage a team of 50 product consultant to provide consultative services and delivery excellence
• Foster a culture of proactive client care and support for clients' business objectives
• Develop talent and career path opportunities for Business Analysts and Product Consultants
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide mentorship and execute a succession plan for the team
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal team performance and project delivery
• Be a key influencer in communication and engagement strategy for the service team across Fiserv

What you will need to have :

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business implementations or operations with experience in leadership roles
• At least 5 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
• A proven track record of effectively driving delivery and managing a large team
• Strong understanding of business financial practices and accounting
• Extensive experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

What would be great to have :

• Experience developing and championing client delivery and service processes to manage client initiatives and progress
• A background leading annual, quarterly and monthly planning exercises with client and product teams to ensure expectations are effectively managed
• Proficiency with mapping out and executing strategies that will enable scaled adoption of products across key customers
• Ability to develop and monitor metrics for demand and capacity planning to ensure efficient organizational efficiency
