Multispecialty group – 150+ providers. Group has been in existence for over 100 years
Strong retention!! Some of our providers have been with the group for 20, 30 years.

We currently have 2 Urologists - one will be retiring, as soon as we can find her replacement.

Opportunity highlights :
Full time position
Average patients per day = 17
OR / Procedure days versus clinic : 1-1.5 procedure days per week in office
(average 10-12 procedure / day), 1-2 OR day per week (average 4-5
procedures / day), 1-3 days per month in ASC

Are all procedures in the OR, or do you use the ASC or treatment room in the
What procedures are you currently performing? cystoscopy, prostate
biopsy, urodynamics in office; OR cases are long list.
Or, what types of cases are you treating? voiding dysfunction,
incontinence, hematuria, BPH, stones, elevated PSA, recurrent UTI,
bladder tumor, kidney tumor
Are you doing Lithotripsic? ESWL available
Are there any special equipment in your clinic or the OR for urology cases?
we rent holmium, thulium laser, transperineal prostate and prostate
fusion equipment, we also rent ESWL equipment typically 1 day per
month
Call requirement : 7 days per month - must live within 30 minutes to the hospital
EMR system : Cerner
Challenge with urology recruitment : no Robot at the hospital (they are working on it).
Patient population : lots of diversity - from migrant workers to college professors
Payer Mix : HMO, PPO, Fee for service
Patients admitted to Hospital – Group has hospitalists as part of their group.
Comp / Benefits

Annual salary guarantee of $533,095 for 18 months, then productivity
