job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a healthcare environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence. Work collaboratively with hospital staff to address security-related issues and provide assistance as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents. Follow all protocols and guidelines established for healthcare locations to help to promote a welcoming and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available COVID-19 vaccination is required for hospital assignments in accordance with applicable laws and / or client requirements. Experience with access control / badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. DayTime Thur 11 : 30 PM - 08 : 00 AM Sun 07 : 30 AM - 04 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
