In this distinctive role, you'll be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to group travelers, ensuring their journeys are seamless and leave lasting impressions.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Assistance :
Offer prompt and personable assistance to group travelers via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat), addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert guidance
Booking Support :
Aid customers in booking group travel arrangements, encompassing flights, accommodation's, transportation, and activities, guaranteeing precision and alignment with company policies
Itinerary Management :
Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to group preferences, budgetary constraints, and destination-specific requirements
Problem Resolution :
Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related challenges, such as flight delays or accommodation changes, to minimize disruptions and uphold customer satisfaction
Communication :
Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience
Travel Documentation :
Assist travelers in securing necessary visas, permits, and travel documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations
Destination Knowledge :
Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations and enhance customer experiences
Quality Assurance :
Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, conducting thorough cross-checks to mitigate errors or oversights
Record Keeping :
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, travel arrangements, and pertinent communications within the system
Team Collaboration :
Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as sales and marketing, to bolster the success of group travel programs and contribute insights for ongoing enhancements
Qualifications :
Previous customer service experience, with a background in the travel industry being advantageous but not mandatory
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is beneficial but not essential
Capability to work independently and as an integral part of a remote team
