Job Title : Human ResourcesSpecialist HR Service I

Location : Baltimore MD 21224 (100% Remote (Mandatory : must reside in DCMaryland or Virginia))
Purpose :
Handle generalassociate inquiries about HR programs procedures and policies.Serve as the initial contact for HR inquiries (Tier 1 support) andassist functional teams to ensure timely and confidential handlingof customer requests.
EssentialFunctions :
- 25% : Respond to general inquiries fromemployees and manage resolutions.
- 15% : Maintain information systems andprocess paperwork (e.g. severance telework).
- 15% : Update support documentation usedby HR / Shared Services / Employees.
- 15% : Review and share feedback on HRprocess improvements.
- 15% : Maintain knowledge of companyspecific policies andpractices.
- 15% : Act as aliaison with HR functional areas.
Qualifications :
- Education : High SchoolDiploma
- Experience : 3 yearsin related roles including customer service HR onboarding or as anHR technician / analyst / generalist.
- Preferred : 13 years of HRknowledge.
KnowledgeSkills and Abilities (KSAs) :
- Collaborative and independent work ability.
- Proficient in multiple HR disciplines (compensationbenefits employee relations immigration performance managementemployment laws).
- Strong customer serviceskills.
- Proficient with systems data andreporting.
- Proficient with Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Ability to work in afastpaced environment with changing priorities.
AdditionalRequirements :
- Mustdisclose any ineligibility to perform work on Federal health careprograms.
- Ability to handle multiple customerservice demands and meet established deadlines.
- Provide positive customer service to all internal andexternal customers.
Licenses / Certifications :
- Human Resources PHR or SHRMCP(Preferred)
