CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Engineering Technician to join our Water - Sewer Assess & Rehab Team at our office in Columbia, SC.

From CSO and stormwater solutions to solid waste, wastewater treatment, and water supply services, our resume covers hundreds of projects, miles of pipelines, acres of treatment ponds, and an army of satisfied clients.
The Engineering Technician is responsible for reviewing, tracking and analyzing data captured by field crews in water, sewer and stormwater evaluation projects.
The professional in this role analyzes flow data, manhole inspections, and smoke testing data as well as identifes defects and / or discrepancies in the data.
Additionally, the Engineering Technician creates and maintains accurate records in a variety of databases that will be compiled and reported to our clients.

REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Experienc with Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys a plus
- Knowledge of basic math and formulas required
- Ability to operation various computer programs associated with sanitary sewer studies a plus
- Team oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (i.e. Excel) required
