About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Regulatory Change Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of complex regulatory initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. This role combines program leadership with team management, ensuring that regulatory changes are delivered effectively, consistently, and collaboratively across global business units.

The key responsibilities include :

• Maintain robust governance structures for regulatory change delivery ensuring cross- functional collaboration and consistent delivery across a portfolio of regulatory projects
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global regulatory change programs, taking the impact assessment to implementation and post-delivery review.
• Develops integrated delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Tracks delivery progress, manage risks / issues and ensures deadlines are met
• Acts as a trusted Advisor by partnering with stakeholders to ensure the impact of regulation on operational matters are translated into actionable operational changes. Ensuring changes are embedded into policies, procedures and controls.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal governance frameworks.
• Providing regular updates and reporting to executive committees and boards.
• Partners with various senior stakeholders across Business Units, Enterprise Chief Operating Office, 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense to ensure transparency, accountability and timely decision making
• Leads and develops a team of change specialists, driving continuous improvement in change delivery practices
• Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities

Skills / Experience

Salary Range :

$114,700 - 194,900 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
