An ideal candidate for the Pastry Cook position will have an understanding of the fundamentals of French pastries and viennoiseries, as well as a professional demeanor and, most importantly, the desire to learn and envision him / herself as an asset with the potential for growth in the company.
A hospitality or culinary degree is preferred, but not required. Additionally, preferred candidates should have one (or more) long-standing position(s) in their previous job(s).
1 year of experience in a luxury establisment is required; 2 years are preferred
