2-years minimum experience in the ICU / BLS, ACLS, NIHSS / Strong Peripheral IVs (preferred), Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation, Invasive Line Management (CVP, Alines), IV Medication Titration, Vent / trach / high-flo BiPap Management (RT does manage these devices, but knowledge of them is expected) / ICU nurses will care for PCU patients
