We are seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and driving sales growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales prospecting
  • Proficiency in negotiation tactics to secure favorable deals for both the company and clients
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients
  • Outstanding communication skills to clearly and persuasively convey information
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client issues promptly
  • Strong closing techniques to finalize sales and achieve targets consistently

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads through various methods including cold calling and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and contracts are fulfilled as agreed
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to optimize sales strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
