Job Description
At Chick-fil-A, the Shift Leader role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. A Shift Leader is responsible for leading the opening or closing shift in their department.

Responsibilities :
- Leading shifts with purpose
- Leading day to day tasks
- Leading productivity (controlling labor and food costs)
- Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists
- Being an integral part of Department meetings
- Building relationships of trust and accountability with Team Members
- Maintaining a fun work environment
- Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team

Requirements :
- Previous restaurant supervisor experience
- Full-Time Availability (30+ hours)
Compensation :
The hourly wage rate is $20 to $21.
