Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Analyst with a deep passion for the gaming industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading technology company where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our gaming platform.

You will be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will utilize your analytical skills to drive decision-making and influence the overall strategy of the business.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will :

1. Leverage your expertise in Tableau to design, create, and maintain scalable data models and dashboards that will drive strategic decisions and identify key business opportunities.

2. Conduct comprehensive data analysis and interpretation to help our team understand user behavior, trends, and patterns within our gaming platform.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to define metrics, create AB testing framework, and perform deep-dive analysis.

4. Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing actionable insights and recommendations to influence business strategy.

5. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by developing robust data validation frameworks and maintaining high-quality data documentation.

6. Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.

2. Extensive experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.

5. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

6. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

7. A deep passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of gaming trends and dynamics.

8. Proven experience in managing and delivering on multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
