Job Summary

The HVAC Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve revenue goals and exceed customer expectations.

This role requires a combination of strong leadership, sales acumen, and in-depth knowledge of the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, build customer relationships, and drive overall sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership :
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to sales representatives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Business Development :
• Identify new opportunities and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective sales processes and tools.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Financial Performance :
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses.
• Customer Satisfaction :
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Gather customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Product Knowledge :
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HVAC products and services.
• Provide product training to sales team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding quotas.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Desired Skills

• Experience in residential and commercial HVAC sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
