The Senior Director of Quality Improvement OTP will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of healthcare services provided within our organization.

This leadership role requires a deep understanding of healthcare quality metrics, regulatory requirements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of patient care.

  • Strategic Leadership :
  • In collaboration with the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, develop and implement a strategic vision for quality improvement aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality improvement professionals to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives : Design, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of interventions.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards (, CMS, CARF, Joint Commission, etc.

  • Assists with knowledge, understanding and compliance of CARF standards, federal, state, and county regulations.
