What we are looking for :

IVIRMA is seeking a full-time Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join the expanding Finance Department in Basking Ridge, NJ (USA).

The position will sit in Spain and will be travelling periodically (approximately 30% of the time) to the US Headquarters.

After a certain period, this individual will be transferred to the US Headquarters and the position will sit in US in the Basking Ridge, NJ office (Hybrid).

This position reports to the US Finance Director.

The FP&A Analyst will have oversight of certain areas of financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting and will work cross-functionally to achieve the goals of the US finance organization.

A qualified candidate will possess sound accounting judgement (IFRS / US GAAP), strong business acumen, knowledge of the healthcare sector (not required but a plus), and a proven record of performance in a high growth environment.

The ideal candidate will also have previous experience working with senior management and providing support to multiple legal entities and locations.

The FP&A Analyst will work with the Finance department and Business partners across US Headquarters and overseas including but not limited to : Accounting Manager, FP&A team, Finance Director, Consolidations team, etc.

What you will do :

• Partner across the finance organization to support month-end close process
• Ensure accurate and timely financial closing
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including preparation / analysis of financial statements for management's review
• Detailed analysis and review of key areas of the P&L (i.e. personnel costs, marketing, etc.)
• Analyze actual performance vs. plan, prior year, and latest forecast
• Detailed analysis and review of month-end Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows; developing a continued improvement and automatization mindset
• Analyze trends in KPIs including key areas of the P&L (Costs of Sales, personnel expenses, etc.), Balance Sheet, and supplemental details (FTEs, CAPEX, etc.)
• Support Budget and Forecasting processes, establishing robust assumptions, procedures, workflows, and financial input
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecast projections and variance analysis
• Point of contact with HQ for financial projections questions responding with thorough, organized, and fact-based work product supporting key observations, assumptions, and conclusions
• Develop expertise in relevant Financial Systems (Navision and OneStream)
• Build collaborative relationship across the organization and become business partner in key business areas
• Partner with Finance Director on Ad-Hoc strategic projects as assigned
• Partner with Accounting to support Treasury management and cash operations

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics)
• Audit experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP
• International experience a plus

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP system (Microsoft NAV a plus)
• Experience working with multiple legal entities

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
