Responsibilities :
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Bartenders mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as beer, wine, mixed drinks, and liquor, according to recipes and customer orders.
They may also prepare garnishes before opening
- Managing the bar
- Bartenders keep the bar clean and organized, attractively display liquor bottles and glasses, and restock supplies
- Providing customer service
- Bartenders greet customers, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. They should be friendly and professional, and able to work in a fast-paced, stressful, or loud environment
- Following safety and sanitation procedures
- Bartenders should adhere to all local and national liquor laws, and follow proper cash and credit card handling procedures
Qualifications :
- Prior bartending experience
- Strong customer service skills
