Description
The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling foreclosure and eviction matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure and eviction process on behalf of our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.
- Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.
- Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
- Regular client meetings / updates.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
Requirements :
- Juris Doctorate.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Member in good standing of the Tennessee bar (Georgia a plus).
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
- Provides exceptional client service.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
- Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
